THE RIGHT CULTURE, THE RIGHT BEHAVIOURS - FULL DAY up to 15 people: £1000
Topics covered in the Key Introduction and Guidelines course above, however topics covered in more depth especially Understanding diversity / Diversity Groups / Managing Issues / Every day guidelines PLUS: Additional role-play / Managing conversations around issues / Religion and Politics / Handling situations that you see, you're expose to, you created / Study of how actual situations occurred and were managed.
BEHAVIOUR IN THE WORK PLACE - 2 DAY programme up to 15 people: £2000
This is an expanded version of the one day programme with more interaction and feedback on each of the sections. The full day has a more thorough introduction which includes feedback from a questionnaire that each participant completes in advance regarding their current understanding of culture topics. Feedback is on an private individual basis but group results are discussed. This programme contains more video content showing simulated scenarios and allows for more time for small group discussion and role play. Additional modules include: Generation profiles - Baby Boomer, Gen X and Y and Millenials / Ethnicity / International culture appreciation. Programme notes include a 120 day follow-up observation and action plan / pocket guide "How I Say, How I Act"

We will spend time in your business to understand current culture, HR policy and processes to and listen to the opportunities you consider to be most important. All programmes can be branded for your business. Revised programmes will be presented should you require larger or smaller groups or more specific workshops for say Leaderships teams, sales teams or shop floor for example. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
